This super-flexible, do-anywhere session is one of my favourite go-to routines that I recommend to people when they’re traveling with no access to kit or short on time. All the moves are modifiable for complete beginners, but even if you’re already in top shape you’ll get a good sweat on if you pick the advanced options and hit it with the intensity.
